Is botched 6-pack lipo revision possible with fat grafting? (Photos)

Question

After an excessive, superficial, botched vaser lipo is it possible to level the unevenness to have flat abdomen by "filling" the etched "six-pack" lines and reduce the appear of scar tissue only with the fat crafting method? Of course, since there are scar tissue in these areas, will there be a risk of having fat crafting or will this process be permanent or can the fat after crafting move to other areas? I don't want revision lipo or tummy tuck.

You can have fat grafting or even Sculptra injections to these areas. Please go to someone who does a lot of grafting in scarred areas.

Thank you for the question as well as including pictures.  Sorry to hear about your situation.  There are things that can be done to make this better.   I've been doing 6-packs for about 22 years and have had a couple of patients come back years later and tell me that they're no longer working out and therefore either want it gone or at least made more subtle.   The best way to do this is with liposuction.   When you had your 6-pack surgery, they took fat out to create the creases, and they left fat sitting on top of your muscles.   What I would do is remove the fat they left on top of your muscles.  This will make your abdomen more smooth.   Sounds easy? Actually, it is not!  Especially since you had VASER.  The vaser device heats up the tissues under your skin and creates a Lot of scar tissue!  This can make it very difficult to make your skin smooth, trying to liposuction around the scar tissue.

As far as putting fat back in, (known as Fat Grafting) this will also be extremely difficult, if not impossible due to the scarring under those creases.  Your best option will definitely be liposuction
