I had my ba ten weeks ago through the inframmatory incision. I wanted to get IPL laser hair removal for the whole body including the breast area. Is this safe for me and will it affect the healing of my scar?
Answer: Non-invasive skin tightening Consider a single Thermitight radio frequency treatment. This is done in the office setting and should have long term skin tightening without the need for surgery. Your result can be further enhanced with Tripollar radio frequency treatments that are as comfortable as a hot stone massage.Best of luck to you.

Answer: Laser hair after breast aug I see no reason not to have laser hair removal after a breast augmentation though I would recommend that the tech not use the laser directly over the incisions. They should be very small and easily avoidable.Best wishes and good luck.

Answer: Laser hair reduction after augment At 10 weeks, he should be well-healed from her breast augmentation. Yes, the scar itself is still maturing and the tissues are relaxing, but overall, the vast majority of acute healing has completed. As such, laser hair reduction, even on your breast, should not cause any problems. However, the only person who can give you a true "go ahead "is your surgeon as he/she is familiar with your case, history, operation, etc. A simple phone call should give you the definitive answer. Congratulations on getting it done!Best of luck!Dr. SubbioBoard-Certified Plastic SurgeonNewtown Square/Philadelphia, PA

It's best to consult with your surgeon prior to making any decisions but you also want to make sure to avoid your areas as they are still healing. Good luck and congratulations again!
