I fell earlier today and took the brunt of my fall with my chest. When I fell, I heard a LOUD popping sound, and afterward my breast felt very soft. After speaking to my surgeon both of us have come to the conclusion that it's most likely not an implant rupture... meaning, could I have inadvertently performed a "closed capsulotomy" on myself? Do I have anything to worry about if I did? And does this mean I had some degree of capsular contracture if it seemingly "popped" and "released"?

The anatomy of the chest and breast is different from patient to patient and it is difficult to say what could be done to improve the gap. That being said breast augmentation can sometimes help however the anatomy and location of nipples are key in determining what is possible.
