The anatomy of the chest and breast is different from patient to patient and it is difficult to say what could be done to improve the gap. That being said breast augmentation can sometimes help however the anatomy and location of nipples are key in determining what is possible.
Thank you for your question.Cleavage is significantly improved with breast implants. Talk with your surgeon and express your desire for improved cleavage and bringing the breasts closer together. A similar patient had your same request. You can see in the "web reference" link how breast implants were able to improve her cleavage.Best of luck. Hello and thanks. When patients desire better cleavage, I often recommend a shape breast implant or a round breast implant that's just wider than the breast width diameter. Using breast implants with a breast augmentation and/or breast lift will add more volume and improve cleavage. Of course, the bigger the implant the more cleavage that is seen, but size is always limited by the cup one wishes to achieve. Best wishes always, Dr. ALDO.
Thank you for your question. Breast augmentation is a great way to enhance your natural breast shape. The procedure will change a lot of your anatomy but it will not change the gap between your breast. Each breast has a natural "foot print" or foundation. Aggressive attempts at manipulation of the foundation carries a high chance for complication. Trying to reduce the gap between the breasts can lead to symmastia or "uniboob". The right push-up bra may address your concerns. I recommend consulting with a plastic surgeon to discuss your specific goals and concerns. Hope this helps and good luck.
The gap between your breasts is dictated by your anatomy. There is no way to change it. Implants will give you more volume, but they won't increase your "cleavage". However, there are some really great bras that can help.My best,Dr. Sheila Nazarian@drsheilanazarian on Instagram
