Thank you for your question. If you are thinking of feminization of the chest then our office works with our patients who are seeking gender re-reassignment closely to understand the goals and motivations. The goal is seek out a plastic surgeon that you trust and are comfortable with. Several options can be discussed during consultation period. Best of luck.
Thank you for the question.I have had the opportunity to work with several men interested in breast implants ( to feminize the chest wall). This is a different situation from trans gender patients in transition and from men who are looking to augment their chest walls ( pectoralis implants).Nevertheless, this subset of patients is somewhat uncommon; it is very important to understand patient motivation clearly and to educate these patients about the long-term effects of having feminized chest walls.Best wishes.
I suggest you seek the advice of a suitably trained and experienced plastic surgeon. You do not make it clear why you want breasts like this or any information about your current appearance. It is unusual for a man to request 38D breasts unless it is part of transitioning to be female. However, I have been asked this before outside of a wish to transition. The 38 is the circumference of the chest so this is not normally changed by surgery. Your request needs detailed assessment in person by some who is suitably trained and experienced.Best wishes
Men asking for larger breasts is not uncommon. Depending on the type of look you are seeking there are a range of breast implant types you could choose from to achieve your goals. Seeking a surgeon who has experience placing breast implants in men and smaller chested females
Thank you for your question. Many surgeons perform more than a dozen breast augmentations in one day. This is not considered an overload if it is a board certified plastic surgeon that has plenty experience. If you are concerned, you can ask your plastic surgeon to operate on you early in the day.
Thank you for your question. You are likely well healed by now and should not have any issues with this. However, I would inform your plastic surgeon before moving forward.
You should wear a surgical garment or sports bra for 6 weeks post surgery. You should go for regular check ups to ensure you are healing well and your surgeon will be able to tell you when it is safe not to wear a bra at night.
Hi. We tell, our patients to wait 2 weeks before proceeding with their surgery. Good luckDr. PG
Thank you for your question. Please speak to your plastic surgeon about specific post op instructions.
It’s unfortunate you’re unhappy with your results. Typically, it can take 6 months or so for the implants to settle into their intended position. At that time, your optimal results should appear. The scars may take up to a year to mature as well. You may want to wait to see if you like your res...
