When could I be adjusted by a chiropractor (including neck to lower back) after breast augmentation?

I had breast aug mid Feb under the muscle. I have back issues and need adjustments along my full back that are done face down on the bed/chair. When can i start these treatments again without affecting the implant or look of the breasts?

You are 9 months post op you should be fine in going for you adjustments with out any problems, best of luck.

Thank you for sharing your question.  After 9 months there should be no risk for a chiropractic manipulation after having a breast augmentation.  In general I would ask patients to wait at least 6 weeks after surgery before pursuing manipulations.  Hope this helps.

I recommend no strenuous activity or heavy lifting for one month after breast augmentation.  After 9 months you should be doing anything you wish, but check in with your surgeon.  Good luck!

I believe it is quite safe to have chiropractic treatments to your back (facing down) from the 6th week on after breast augmentation surgery.
