Surgical tape left possible scar on face and cleavage? (photos)

I had a breast augmentation with a lift on August 28. The tape they used left those 2 marks that you see in my cleavage when they removed it. I also have one on my cheek. About 2 inches long. It's horrible. I've been putting mederma on it once a day as directed. And spf when in the sun. And for the first week I used polysporen and was directed to keep them moist. I'm conserned because they are all in very noticeable spots. My face, and my cleavage. I went in to get more confidence not less.
