Ciprofloxacin HCL after breast augmentation?

I think you are fine with taking cipro for a bladder infection after breast augmentation and the chances are extremely remote that you would have any side effects.  It is unlikely that this would affect anything as far as healing with your recent breast augmentation. I have never seen any side effects from using that antibiotic (right after surgery) since I've been in practice.  If you are nervous about that particular antibiotic, you could also ask your prescribing physician to consider selecting a different one since there are a number of very effective antibiotics to treat bladder infections.
