Ciprofloxacin HCL after breast augmentation?

I think you are fine with taking cipro for a bladder infection after breast augmentation and the chances are extremely remote that you would have any side effects.  It is unlikely that this would affect anything as far as healing with your recent breast augmentation. I have never seen any side effects from using that antibiotic (right after surgery) since I've been in practice.  If you are nervous about that particular antibiotic, you could also ask your prescribing physician to consider selecting a different one since there are a number of very effective antibiotics to treat bladder infections. Hi, tiredofacup.  Thanks for your question.  Taking Ciprofloxacin is safe for implant and recovery of your surgery. Follow your surgeon's advice.  Good luck with your continued recovery and treatment of UTI. 

Tendonitis and spontaeous tendon rupture has been described with Ciprofloxacin.  However there are no deterimental effects on healing after breast augmentation and on chest muscles.  Follow your doctor's advice.

I am glad to see that someone actually reads about the drugs they are prescribed.  That said, I don't believe that the Cipro will cause any negative effects to your now well healed breast surgery area.  This drug has been used extensively after surgery, without problems, to the best of my knowledge.
