Hello ! I'm looking to get surgery to masculinize my face. I've heard of forehead and hairline reshaping as well as cheekbone and jawline implants. I am especially concerned about my hairline, forehead and jawline. What are the options to make my face look more manly and attractive ? Thank you so much
Answer: Facial Masculinization Facial masculinization surgery focuses on augmenting the skeletal features of the male face. Your forehead shows a backward slope and your chin and jawline is vertically and horizontally short. Ideally you would have a combination of forehead and jawline augmentation. The forehead could be augmented with either bone cement or a custom forehead implant. The jawline could be augmented by either a three implant approach of a chin and two jaw angles or a custom one-piece jawline implant.

Answer: What are the options to make my face look more masculine ? Hi, I have performed mnay facial shaping procedures, over the past 30 years, using dermal fillers or facial implants (cheek, chin). From the photos, your chin is weak, the cheeks are flat anteriorly (in the front) as are the mandibular angles. When the chin is weak, this creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy and the lower face appear shorter which de-emphasizes the shape and fullness of the lips. Chin augmentation, using a chin implant, will add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face. I have found placing a silastic chin implant through a small, curved, incisions under the chin to be very safe, quick, highly effective and far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty that requires bone cuts with placement of screws and metal plates. Following the beauty principles outlined in my book on face and body beauty, male faces look ruggedly handsome when there is angularity in the cheeks, chin and mandibular angles. In addition to chin augmentation, cheek augmentation with either a dermal filler or cheek implants (for a permanent enhancement) will add angularity to the cheeks. Mandibular angle augmentation with a dermal filler (jaw implants IMHO have too many unwanted side effects) will add volume, angularity and flare to the jaw line.Hope this helps.

Answer: Making My Face More Masculine Augmentation of your cheeks with implants or the injection of long term fillers such as Voluma would provide more strength and definition. Reducing you nose, while not specifically making your face more masculine, will provide more balance and improve the relative strength of your cheeks.

Answer: More manly face Your features are already strongly masculine. Your forehead, hairline, nose and chin are especially so. The usual surgeries we perform on those areas are ysually done to soften such features.
