How do I correct my one Spock brow without causing forehead to drop on that side?

My left eyebrow is higher than my right (and I I have Botox around my eyes and between my brows - but NOT on my forehead as I don't want it to drop (in the past Botox on m). How do I correct my one Spock brow without causing forehead to drop on that side?

We see many patients with brow asymmetry where one eyebrow is lower or higher than the other. While this creates an interesting look, most of us don't want TOO much variation, i.e., Spock!  :)Botox (and Dysport and Xeomin) have been very helpful in artistically lowering and even raising brows when very carefully and skillfully placed by an experienced medical expert. Be careful who you choose to do this: getting Botox is not like ordering a pizza. It requires very careful attention to detail and dose.

Botox works perfectly for your problem but of course an expert hand should inject the right dosage in the right point, so an evaluation is needed. Did you see your doctor after 2 weeks from the treatment? Usually a touch up appointment is scheduled after 2 weeks to fix these little problems

Thank you for the question but an examination is needed. Sometimes the higher brow is masking a ptosis on that side so see an expert in your area.  An expert with botox can also usually manipulate the placement of botox to get the brows more even butan examination is needed.Dr. Corbin

There are 2 ways to correct eyebrow asymmetry. One is a brow lift done asymmetrically and the other is use of Botox to lower the elevated eyebrow. Both require an expert. Make sure you choose someone with significant experience in both. Only a direct consultation and examination can determine what is best for you.
