You should start out with 1cc of juvederm filler or restylane filler and go from there. You do not want to overdo too much filler in the lips. It also depends on the look you are going for too. You can always add more filler to the lips if needed. Just remember if you are going to do your lips and you do not want to bruise you should not take any aspirins or anything that will thin the blood since brusing can occur. Hello and thank you for your question.  A simple solution to your issue would be to have your lips injected with a hyaluronic acid filler (such as Juvederm or Restylane).  One of the most common reasons we treat the lips with fillers is to create a more even and symmetric appearance. With proper technique, you can achieve an upturn to the corners of the mouth, as well as a fuller and more even look throughout. Fillers are safe, minimally invasive with little downtime, and are more cost effective than any permanent, surgical treatments.    I suggest finding an experienced injector in your area and consulting with them in person so they can explain in detail what the process entails. Lip augmentations with fillers is a great option to improve the fullness, suppleness and symmetry of the lips. Results can be very natural-looking and will feel very natural. I prefer to use a micro cannula to inject the lips to prevent bruising. Look for a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon who is an expert in fillers to discuss your desired results and concerns.

From the photos, it appears that you would be a good candidate for hyaluronic acid fillers.  Fillers can be used to correct minor asymmetries.  It is important to note that all lips have minor asymmetries and sometimes they can become exaggerated when making the lips larger with fillers.  I would recommend a consultation with facial plastic surgeon to discuss your goals for treatment.  

You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) are good to create a symmetrical lip. Nova threads can be used to improve lift and shape. I think you are a great candidate for treatment with a hyaluronic acid based filler like Restylane Silk or Restylane. Fillers such as these can be used to add volume to the lips and to improve lip shape and definition. 

Lips can be made more symmetric or fuller with hyaluronic acid products.  With evaluation, the choice of filler can best be determined.  I would likely go with Restylane Silk. 

 Hi, I have performed many lip augmentation procedures using dermal fillers or lip implants for over 30 years. From the photos, your upper lip is small compared to your lower lip. Following my beauty principles, the lips should be full with the upper lip approximately 75 % the size of the lower lip for the lips to appear balanced. The lips can be augmented using a dermal filler or a Permalip implant.
Dermal fillers and lip implants offer a much more reliable volume for augmentation of the lips than permanent fillers or fat injections which are associated with increased, unwanted, side effects.

Like collagen, hyaluronic acid decreases over time, and skin begins to lose its volume.
