I have always hated my lips. People tell me I have nice lips because they aren’t super thin, but they are very uneven and weirdly don’t line up. They’re also small, sitting slightly off center. I might hate the fact that they’re downturned the most, I have never had anything done & don’t want it to be too invasive / noticeable that something has been done. Just want to like my lips

You should start out with 1cc of juvederm filler or restylane filler and go from there. You do not want to overdo too much filler in the lips. It also depends on the look you are going for too. You can always add more filler to the lips if needed. Just remember if you are going to do your lips and you do not want to bruise you should not take any aspirins or anything that will thin the blood since brusing can occur. One syringe is typically $600

Lip augmentations with fillers is a great option to improve the fullness, suppleness and symmetry of the lips. Results can be very natural-looking and will feel very natural. I prefer to use a micro cannula to inject the lips to prevent bruising. Look for a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon who is an expert in fillers to discuss your desired results and concerns.

From the photos, it appears that you would be a good candidate for hyaluronic acid fillers.  Fillers can be used to correct minor asymmetries.  It is important to note that all lips have minor asymmetries and sometimes they can become exaggerated when making the lips larger with fillers.  I would recommend a consultation with facial plastic surgeon to discuss your goals for treatment.

You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) are good to create a symmetrical lip. Nova threads can be used to improve lift and shape. Hi, I have performed many lip augmentation procedures using dermal fillers or lip implants for over 30 years. From the photos, your upper lip is small compared to your lower lip. Following my beauty principles, the lips should be full with the upper lip approximately 75 % the size of the lower lip for the lips to appear balanced. The lips can be augmented using a dermal filler or a Permalip implant.
Dermal fillers and lip implants offer a much more reliable volume for augmentation of the lips than permanent fillers or fat injections which are associated with increased, unwanted, side effects.
