Could I receive both silicone butt and hip implants to achieve an hourglass figure?

I am a Transgender MtF. I weigh in at 230, 5'7'', African American, I have moderate body fat, but toned in the lower region of my body (buttocks, legs, hip area). My question is: To achieve an hourglass, curvier figure. Could I receive both hip and buttock implants? If not both, what options are available to transgender woman who'd like to receive a more curvier physique? I understand that there could be a loss in fat, when transfered to the hips. Would silicone implants be a better option?

The buttock implant surgery will never be able to produce the softer result of the BBL surgery. However, with both of these techniques available, buttock implant surgery and fat transfer can be combined at the same time. This can be used to increase buttock projection and volume as well as hip volume. These combinations frequently work out very well and are capable of producing the most dramatic results.

Dear Phenomenal,   It would have been very helpful to see the posterior and side views of your butt. Additionally, before having any surgery, you will have to lose 10-15 pounds in order to go below the BMI of 35.   To get an hourglass shape you will have to have lipo suction of your trunk, or tummy tuck or both. Fat transfer will be a total waist of your money and time, because the fat disappears completely , or almost completely , within few months or even sooner. I have seen it on hundreds of patients who came to my surgery center for butt implants surgery after their big disappointment from the BBL that was done by other plastic surgeons (I do not do BBL).   The only way to get butt augmentation is with ultra soft silicon implants, because they do not disappear and when done in expert hands they appear  very attractive and natural looking. I use oval round implants that are placed subfascial. The implants  are wide enough to create round hips, so it is unnecessary to use separate hip implants.   Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice 'S' curve, nice projection, round hips, single low incision between the cheeks and natural look.                         Best of luck,                                          Dr Widder
