It’s very small and dnt bother me much my doctor won’t remove it but she say she will still clear me for surgery I don’t want any complications just wondering is it safe to get the lipo with fibroids

If the area is firm, it may very well take more time to resolve. It may be an area where the fat cells did not heal well. If it's ordinary fat, liposuction or direct fat thinning can be done in the office. Unfortunately, your photo really does not show the issue.
