I had a bbl with lipo of upper and lower abs in December of 2017. As months go by I notice the bump that I was told would go away with massage is still here. At this point I know it will stay forever unless I do something about it but what can I do ? It makes my tummy look uneven and everything is smooth except for this small pocket of fat that sticks out.

Answer: Fat pocket Dear Ashbash91,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. In most cases, this type of problem is solved by a liposuction which will remove the pocket. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Answer: Residual fat post TT If the area is firm, it may very well take more time to resolve. It may be an area where the fat cells did not heal well. If it's ordinary fat, liposuction or direct fat thinning can be done in the office. Unfortunately, your photo really does not show the issue.
