How can I fix the small pocket of fat that was left on lower tummy? Is it possible? (Photo)

This could be residual fat that could easily be liposuctioned.   A physical examination to properly diagnose is first step.  

Most likely this is a small area of some residual fat if it is pinchable and soft to the touch. A small, office-based, local anesthesia only, liposuction procedure can remedy that quickly and with no downtime or recovery. If the area is hard it could be scar tissue or a muscular issue and that is dealt with differently. An examination is necessary to know for sure what is the issue and the proper remedy. You may need skin removed or you may need HD liposuction with superficial fat remvoal and contouring.  I suggest seeing an expert.  Coolcupting + vanquish or kybella may also be options but you need a formal consult. Best, Dr. Emer.

A quick small touch up lipo under local with a tiny canula can fix the spot so easy and fast. Other options would be 3 treatments with bodyFX .

Dear Ashbash91,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. In most cases, this type of problem is solved by a liposuction which will remove the pocket. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. If the area is firm, it may very well take  more time to resolve. It may be an area where the fat cells did not heal well. If it's ordinary fat, liposuction or direct fat  thinning  can be done in the office. Unfortunately, your photo really does not  show the issue.

Thank you for your question. If you have a small pocket of fat , you can have the area removed with touch up liposuction . It can be done in the office awake under straight local. Ask your PS if he/she would touch it up for you. It should be a problem. Best of luck.

Thank you for your photo. The best thing to do is to have an in-office examination to determine what is causing that bump. If there is an area of fat, the fat can be removed with local liposuction - you don't even need general anesthesia if you prefer. Other possibilities are a fluid collection or swelling which may need to be drained or can take time to go away on its own. Thank you for your question. Picture is not very clear. Look like small amount of fat, which can be addressed easily with liposuction. Please talk to your PS
