Liposuction done a month ago, but the burning sensation on my lower back is unbearable. how to minimize burning sensation?

Burning pain is generally nerve ending pain.  If it is in the area of your lipo it could be related.  Usually oral meds are used.  Gabapentin and amitriptilene are examples.  I do not know of any modalities except possibly desensitization (by touching or stroking the area) that are effective.  Usually it gets better over time if this is the cause.  Shingles can also cause this type of pain.  Nerve issues from your spine and some viral inflammatory processes can also be at fault. See you surgeon to be sure it is from the lipo and not related to some other medical issue, and get treatment.
