Advice for teenager with uneven breasts?

I can understand your being upset.  When it comes to breast surgery, best to wait at least a year after you see no more changes in breast growth.  Even starting birth control pills promote further breast growth.  If you jump the gun out of frustration, you may be sorry.  Consult with an eperienced plastic surgeon about this.

Hello and thanks for you questions. At 15, breasts will likely continue to change and grow until about age 22. Therefore, breast surgery now would require parental consent and the result might be different in a few years when compared to right after the operation. However, it sounds like the difference between the breast is causing some real problems and the way you feel about your body. You should seek a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery for an examination and advice about what surgery to perform. In addition, seek counseling from a qualified professional about your feelings with regards to your body. In my experience, patients who are able to discuss their feelings appropriately before the surgery with a counselor are so much happier than those who do not. Please be aware that your breasts will not be perfectly symmetrical after the operation and the best you can expect is "better" symmetry. This is not uncommon and furthermore the surgery may be covered by insurance. You do not have to wait until you are older if this bothers you now.  It is best that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who after a full consultation can guide you in the right direction.

At age 15 you are still developing so I suggest you wait until about 20 and if you still have a big difference in your breast go ahead with breast implants for symetry.  You might also go to a counselor in the mean time.  

The most important goal in   Plastic Surgery is to avoid psychological damage and distress in a person who suffers any difference or abnormality in the body. That´s why you have to  talk to your parents about your distress cause by the asymmetry of your breast and your need to correct it.You may go under a procedure to placed a Breast Implant in your smaller breast to get  balance and symmetry between both.
