Sorry it's hard to see what this is.. I'm very very happy with my results my surgeon did such an amazing job!! I couldn't be happier! I'm just worried this might be rippling.. It feels bumpy.. Like three bumpy edges I should say, right on my cleavage area. I started out A cup but this is my second surgery my first was 425cc so I didn't make a big jump in once ha. Just worried and would like to here what everybody thinks this is? Thank you in advance :)
Answer: Rippling? Rippling happens more commonly with saline implants, less often with silicone and least with textured silicone under the muscle. You went pretty big. You are still early in your healing sand some of that may settle down. Did you have rippling with the 425’s?

Answer: Rippling of gummy bear implants It appears that you do indeed have rippling in the cleavage line of your left breast. You are still very early in your post-op recovery so swelling may have something to do with it. As the swelling resolves your ripples may improve or worsen. All implants have the possibility of rippling, even gummy bear silicone implants. The bigger the implant the more it stretches and pushes against your skin showing ripples more. It also appears your implants are on top of the muscle perhaps, which makes ripples more visible. You should communicate your concerns to your surgeon as there are ways to reduce and eliminate visible rippling. Good luck!Thomas Taylor, MDPasadena, CA

Answer: I'm concerned this might be rippling? I can feel "bumpy" feeling? I have 550cc high profile "gummy bear" textured shaped. Thank you for your question and photographs. It appears that you have only recently undergone your second breast augmentation, and as a result it is difficult to really know if that is rippling caused by the implant, as a consequence of having thin skin, or if it is your skin stretching to accommodate the new larger implant. I would voice your concerns with your surgeon, they can best provide reassurance.

Answer: Is there rippling after my #breastaugmentation? Hi Motorgirl, Thanks for your question about possible rippling after your shaped breast implant augmentation. Without seeing you for an in person evaluation it's impossible to say for sure what is going on. Also, it's hard to tell in the photos, too. These questions and concerns are best to be discussed in person with your surgeon. He or she will appreciate the open communication. Very best to you. -Brian S. Coan, MD, FACS

Answer: I'm concerned this might be rippling? This does appear to be breast implant rippling, which is simply a matter of the tissues overlying the implant being too thin to properly hide the wrinkles that any implant has. Some implants may show wrinkling more than others, typically saline implants more than silicone gel, but any implant can wrinkle and show wrinkling through thin tissues. Usually subpectoral gel implants do not show visible wrinkling in most patients where they are covered by muscle, but the lower lateral aspect of the breast is usually not covered by muscle, and if the medial aspect of the muscle has been released up the sternum (or tears later after a partial release), then wrinkling may be seen in this area as well, as your photo apparently shows. Since your implants may be "pushing the envelope" in terms of size for your tissues, it is possible that progressive stretching over time may worsen this problem. One solution may be fat grafting to try to thicken the tissues and camouflage this, but you have to have reasonable donor sites so that a donor deformity does not occur, and this can sometimes require more than one surgical fat grafting procedure to achieve your goal.
