I would use a combination approach to revision that includes liposuction, lipocavitation, fibrous release, fat grafting, scar release, PRP SC, and multiplane tissue tightening with RF.

The final result of liposuction can take up to 6 months, so it may improve more on it's own. I have taken care of patients just like you with a very fine liposuction cannula and tediously suction each of the individual lumps. This gave a fairly satisfactory result. Check with a board certified surgeon in your area. I would not try non-invasive techniques for this problem.

Thank you for your question. Traditional liposuction only allows you to remove the deep fat layer. This method can create a tunneling effect if adjacent areas are not fully accessed. This "left over fat" can appear as hard lumps and bumps. Newer technology called VASER liposuction can now take care of that problem! VASER is an ultrasound technology that allows for us to melt the fat and remove it with a thinner cannula.
