Is it too late to massage and break down scar tissue Liposuction Revision 1 month ago?

I would use a Hidef combination approach to liposuction revision that includes liposuction, lipocavitation, fibrous release, fat grafting, scar release, PRP SC, and multiplane tissue tightening with RF.
Combination treatments work well to reduce lumpiness and contour irregularities.

No, it's not too late. I recommend adding lymphatic massage and hyperbaric oxygen along with your compression to help decrease swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. If there have been no complications and you healed normally, now is a reasonable time to do massage on the treated (liposuctioned) areas.  I would not expect to see final results for 6-12 months from surgery.  

You can do lymphatic massage.  It is common place in my practice to have patients receive lymphatic massage after surgery of the breast and body.
