I have really bad scar tissues in my abdomen after a lipo suction procedure that resulted in an infection of the abdominal wall. After 1 year I got a revision to my abdomen and now I'm 1 month post op. From my initial procedure and this revision, is it too late to break down the scar tissue with massage?

I would use a Hidef combination approach to liposuction revision that includes liposuction, lipocavitation, fibrous release, fat grafting, scar release, PRP SC, and multiplane tissue tightening with RF.
Combination treatments work well to reduce lumpiness and contour irregularities.

Thank you for your photos. I wouldn't consider this botched. However, this can be fixed under local with just a fat transfer. Consult with a specialist to address all your questions and concerns.

Traditional liposuction is very limited and only removes a partial amount of fat. I highly recommend a procedure like VASER liposuction. VASER eliminates all fat and removes contour irregularities. Consult with a VASER specialist to address all your questions.
