Repeat Liposuction after 10 years- realistic goals? (photo)

Question

I am a 32 yr old mom of twins. I had Liposuction 10 years ago for contouring of hips/thighs. Yet, over time I gained/lost & had gastric bypass & complicated twin pregnancy. Ive been weight stable for 4 years, And want to enhance my shape/image with liposuction again. 5'7" and 192lbs. Is it realistic to be able to expect similar results the second time of having Liposuction? I'm interested in flanks, upper/ lower abs, back and inner/outer thighs. What are realistic expectations the 2nd time?

I would use a combination approach to revision that includes liposuction, lipocavitation, fibrous release, fat grafting, scar release, PRP SC, and multiplane tissue tightening with RF.

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for VASER liposuction. Even though you had liposuction a long time ago, your tissues will be more fibrous in nature. The VASER is an internal ultrasound which can break up more fibrous fat both superficially and deep to allow for excellent body sculpting. You will need liposuction of your torso 360 degrees to give you an hourglass shape. You would benefit from fat grafts to the buttocks to further enhance your feminine shape. Since you had twins, there's a good likelihood that an abdominoplasty might be required at a later date. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

Thanks for your question.
My response is obviously limited by my being unable to examine you. Judging from your pictures you appear to have good abdominal skin quality so for as long as the fat is not fibrous you should get a great result from liposuction especially if an adjunctive technique like Vaser or HD liposuction is used.
The pictures suggest some skin laxity and likely cellulite over the thighs. You should still get contour improvement from liposuction of the deep thigh fat but may require additional treatment superficially such as Thermitight or even a lift to address the skin. This area would be the more complicated area to address. I would definitively suggest you see a board certified PS to be properly evaluated and treated.

Thank you for your question.I suggest VASER. Traditional liposuction is very limited and only removes partial amounts of fat. VASER improves irregularities and removes fat. Consult with a VASER specialist to address all questions and concerns
