Hi I have dimples and dents after lipo on my bum and legs, little knees. I don't have much fat to do BBL, is there any FDA approved dermal filler which last longer and can fill the dents?I am scared to inject something to my bum!I exercise 5 days per week already 2 years and is not helping, velashape, massages nothing is helping, I am totally depressed it looks like cellulite
Answer: How To Fix Dimples and Dents After Lipo Thank you for your question and pictures. Sculptra injections can help add volume and lift the buttocks, or improve dents in other areas of the body after liposuction in those individuals that do not have enough fat for a traditional brazilian butt lift, or do not want to undergo a surgical procedure. It can also be used to fill in small areas of volume loss, including those after a BBL such as the hip dips. Keep in mind that Sculptra injections usually require multiple vials over multiple treatment sessions and results will never be as dramatic as surgical fat transfer. However, in the appropriate candidates nice improvement can be seen, which can last 3-5 years. Make sure you see an expert to minimize risk of complications. Best wishes.

Answer: Dimples afte lipo I treat the dimples intwo different ways. Sometimes scar tissue form under the skin and causes the skin to pucker, I use a special cutting needle and do what is called a "subcision" releasing the strand of scar and cause almost instant correction.Subcision is a minor surgical procedure used for treating depressed cutaneous scars and wrinkles. It is also called subcutaneous incisional surgery. Subcision is performed using a special hypodermic needle inserted through a puncture in the skin surface. Other times the area od dimple is wide and deep. Usually caused by over exuberant fat removal or trauma induced fat atrophy. In this case I either use off label Radiesse or fat transfer. All the best.

Answer: Nonsurgical BBL Hello.Thank you for your question. A great option for you would be heavily diluted Sculptra. This can help smooth out the areas. If you are looking to add more volume to your butt, Sculptra can help do that as well.

Answer: Dents after liposuction Great question, thank you! There are multiple fillers which have FDA approval to help with these areas. However, they are all temporary and typically last anywhere from 1-2 years. Fat transfer to these areas is another great solution if you have enough fat to transfer, this would be a more permanent solution. I recommend you return to the provider that did the liposuction to discuss your concerns with him/her, they may have other options which may be more beneficial for you. Thank you for your question, best wishes!

Answer: Cellulite Hello there! You are beautiful! The contour irregularities that I see are very minimal. I would recommend doing Exilis Ultra to tighten skin and soften/minimize any fat deposits that are contributing. I then would follow this treatment with Cellutone to loosen the connective tissue bands that are contributing to the lumpiness, increase circulation to the area (further reducing lumpiness), and maximize the fat destruction from the Exilis. The combination of these treatments does help to decrease lumpiness in the leg area, but nothing is going to remove this completely. You also will want to maintain these treatments every 6-12 months. Good luck to you! Sarah RN BSN
