I massaged my under eye filler. Did I damage it?

It is difficult to answer completely without pictures. However, since it has been 3 months and based on your description, it is unlikely that you negatively impacted your results. At this point 3 months after your undereye filler treatment, I don't think you would have caused any issues with regards to the filler by massaging the undereyes. 

After 3 months post injection, massage is unlikely to affect the filler. Typically the first few days after injection are most critical. If you have concerns or notice changes consider following up with your injector. 

Hello there! I doubt that you have caused any damage to your filler. You would have to use extremely deep and firm pressure, on a very soft filler to cause any type of movement. This is even less likely considering the amount of time since your injections. That being said, I would recommend consulting with your injector if you notice any changes to this area. At this point, it is very unlikely that you will cause any damage to your treatment. Without any pictures it is difficult to comment fully, but I would not have any concerns about light massage to the areas at this point.Best wishes,

Presuming you had a HA based filler, after 3 months you should be able to treat the area like normal.

Within the first week of getting a filler, you are not supposed to massage or touch the filler injected area to avoid moving the filler. However after 3 months, it is highly unlikely that you could have damaged or moved the filler. After 3 months, the filler should be set in the area. You could just need a touch-up of filler in that area. If you are concerned, always go back to the injecting doctor for a consultation so they can assess the area.
