Especially when I smile with teeth I get this weird double smile line, one on more side then the other sometimes. Also, i don’t know if you can see from the photo but I have this dimple on one side of my chin that I swear was not there when I was born! My BMI is 22.0 so I am not overweight but I guess I could try to lose weight.. Otherwise what options do I have to help this and how much would it cost ? I am in my very early 20’s.

I like Restylane lift better for cheek lifting than voluma but you usually need at least 1 full syringe of either for each cheek to make a difference. Some patients need 2 syringes on each cheek to make a difference but 1/2 syringe does nothing for lifting each cheek as a rule.
Yes, a combination of Botox or Dysport and fillers should smooth the appearance of your forehead. Filler will correct any hollowing from volume loss while Botox/Dysport will relax dynamic lines and wrinkles cause by muscle hyperactivity.
As long as you are not hypersensitive to any of the ingredients in the filler being used, it is safe to proceed with the filler treatment. Hives and using Xyzal are not a contraindication to filler treatment.
