Since having lip fillers two months ago I have a weird crease above my top lip on both sides of my mouth when I smile. Is this filler that has travelled into this area and can it be corrected without having to have all the filler dissolved completely
Answer: Crease after lip filler Hello. This is a clear case of incorrect placement of filler. Please book in with you surgeon to have it dissolved as it may take a while to break down.

Answer: Weird Crease Above Top Lip After Lip Filler Your lip filler has either travelled up beyond the borders of your upper lip or your provider placed your filler above your lip and it can absolutely be corrected without having to dissolve all of the filler. Go back to your physician and ask them to dissolve the excess filler above the natural boarder of your lip line for a more natural appearance in your filler result. In the future, it can help to show your physician what your desired outcome might look like using pictures of lips you like in magazines etc. You should love your lips after lip filler and if you don't just go back to your provider and tell them what you don't like. The fun part of filler is that you can always adjust and tinker with the ultimate outcome based on what look you are trying to achieve. Good luck!

Answer: Weird crease... Your filler has been placed beyond the borders of the red portion of the lip and onto the white lip. By dissolving it, there should be a nice improvement. Starting with a low dose injection and dissolving it over several appointments could decrease the risks of over-correction. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO

Answer: Filler issue It looks like too much filler was placed above your lip line and along the white roll. This will only go away with time or by dissolving it.

Answer: Lip fillers need experienced injectors for natural looking results Thank you for sharing your story and photos. I'm afraid that it looks like your treatment has either used the incorrect filler or injected in the wrong places. It can be corrected with hyaluronidase - sometimes its difficult to sculpt with hyaluronidase and it maybe better to dissolve all and start again. Frustrating - yes. I understand. Make sure you see someone who's results you can connect with.
