Answer: Cyst revision Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a cyst scar excision and closure. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Subcision and fillers for your indented scar on the forehead I would use a combination of subcision, fractional laser, fillers, and PRP SC once the skin has healed over in order to optimize the contour of the indented scars.Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon

Answer: Excision You need to excise this scar which is similar to an "ice pick" mark. It can be done right in our office and would only take a few minutes. It should heal up quite nicely.

Answer: TCA CROSS Is A Quick, Simple & Inexpensive Treatment For :Pit Scars The postsurgical hole that is evident in the photo clearly resembles a deep pit scar, and, as such, would likely be amenable to simple treatment with TCA CROSS, which is a quick, simple, inexpensive technque that engenders little significant downtime. I would be reluctant about any form of more aggressive surgical revisions in this area, which is subject to considerable skin tension and muscular movements, since a stretch scar and stich ("railroad") tracks may result. For more information on TCA CROSS, you can check out the archives of RealSelf.com. Be certain to consult with a board certified aesthetic physician. Best of luck.
