Hi, I have a few scars on my right ankle post necrosis and infection from open wounds after a car hit me. One is keloid, the other one not at all. Both are still red and purple, the accident and consequent treatment to combat the necrosis and infection were completed about four months ago including the complete closing of the wounds. What would be the best treatment for the scars, contractubex patches or gel? For how long do I need to follow treatment with either option? Thank you for your assistance D

Answer: Plato's Scar Serum and fractional laser for leg scars
Layered sutures + tension free closure can hep your scar. I would use Melarase PM for pigmentation + Plato's Scar Serum after surgery.Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon
