I am 4 weeks after my tummy tuck and I have seen some great results so far. However, I just took the binder off today to reveal a vertical mark which wasn’t there this morning. I have had a slight tingling sensation during the day and now I have what looks like an inverted (not raised) stretch party vertically from just below the incision to virtually my chest. I have tried searching on here and not found anything similar - what could this be and will it go away?

I know it's hard to be patient but more time is needed. You are very early in your recovery and can expect changes as tissues heal and swelling resolves. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon. It can take up to a year to see your final results.
Yes you can have a vaginal delivery after a tummy tuck. We do recommend if you are intending to have more children that you complete your family prior to considering a tummy tuck. The reason is that your results can be impacted by future pregnancies.
