I was watching a videos on YouTube and one doctor said it was safe to inject fat into or under the muscle. Where another doctor said it was absolutely not safe! You could die if fat cell mistakenly gets injected into the blood stream by injecting into or under the muscle. Now I'm so confused and worried I might pick the wrong board certified doctor. I don't want heavy complications or death due to not having all the facts and picking the wrong doctor.

I need to see this to give a proper answer. I have seen several patients with this and I usually have to do a blepharoplasty to remove this. It cannot be suctioned out or laser used. Make sure u see a VERY experienced surgeon for this.
