Fat transfer to cheek and trauma?

Dear Lnrm,it is hard to tell without an examination. Fat viability depends a lot of surgeon technique. The fat has to be placed back into as soon as possible so that it has a greater chance of survival. It has to be placed carefully so that not too much fat is placed in only one area. At 19 days you're in a fairly safe place to not have a negative impact from minor trauma to areas treated with fat transfer. 
Neo vascularization where the ingrowth of capillaries begins around the fifth day and continues for several weeks.
At 19 days the collagen or scar tissue  you that form secures the grafted fat in its location is pretty solid. 
My best guess is your incidents with your dog will not have any negative implications.
Severe trauma can cause fat atrophy in areas not treated with fat transfer.
this does not sound like that type of injury.
Regardless time will tell and in the worst case scenario oh you might need A minor touch up.
There's nothing to do at this point other than wait.
If the fat grafting was done well you should have Little to worry about.
