The left side of my cheap only in last day developed into hard lump although there was always a bruise. On my right side of face no bruise and no lump. Is it too soon to start worrying this could be necrosis? Also if edema how long on average will it take to resolve?

I need to see this to give a proper answer. I have seen several patients with this and I usually have to do a blepharoplasty to remove this. It cannot be suctioned out or laser used. Make sure u see a VERY experienced surgeon for this.
Fat injections have similar risks to fillers. Infection, bruising, skin necrosis, and arterial obstruction. The last two are exceedingly rare. The best thing you can do is see an injector that does many and is comfortable with the periocular area.
