I need to see this to give a proper answer. I have seen several patients with this and I usually have to do a blepharoplasty to remove this. It cannot be suctioned out or laser used. Make sure u see a VERY experienced surgeon for this.

I wish I could be comforting, this is a very high complication area and the excesses are not easy to resolve, Cheeks can be liposuctioned down somewhat, but the under eye area is very difficult.
Fat injections have similar risks to fillers. Infection, bruising, skin necrosis, and arterial obstruction. The last two are exceedingly rare. The best thing you can do is see an injector that does many and is comfortable with the periocular area. Hope this helps, Best of luck, DrC
