I had fat grafting 2 years ago to my cheeks and under eyelids. I want it removed completely, what are my options?

It looks horrible . Mind you I'm young and look completely distorted !

Fat injections have similar risks to fillers. Infection, bruising, skin necrosis, and arterial obstruction. The last two are exceedingly rare. The best thing you can do is see an injector that does many and is comfortable with the periocular area.   Hope this helps, Best of luck, DrC

Thank you for your question. It is unlikely that a small trauma to the area is going to ruin the results. Best to discuss with your surgeon and if there are questions, be seen for an exam. Likely only time will tell as the result continues to evolve over weeks to months.Best of luck!

It can take up to 6 months for final results with fat transfer. Swelling is typical after fat transfer and can last 3-6 months. I recommend prp and/or Sculptra, depending on area, to help improve final results. Icing the area, predisone, ibuoprofen and venus legacy treatments can help reduce s...

This is difficult to answer without pictures, but yes, hip dips can be improved with liposuction and fat transfer. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, ...
