I had fat grafting 2 years ago to my cheeks and under eyelids. I want it removed completely, what are my options?

I need to see this to give a proper answer. I have seen several patients with this and I usually have to do a blepharoplasty to remove this. It cannot be suctioned out or laser used. Make sure u see a VERY experienced surgeon for this. 

This is needs an in-person evaluation. A combination of 5/FU steroids, lasers, microneedling/prp and radiofrequency can give improvement, if you're unhappy with fat transfer. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

I wish I could be comforting, this is a very high complication area and the excesses are not easy to resolve, Cheeks can be liposuctioned down somewhat, but the under eye area is very difficult.
