The cyst is located right where the arrow is pointing and is below the skin near the jaw line. It is not noticeable but if you rub your finger over the spot you can feel it. I don't like knowing its there and want it removed, but I'm afraid of the scar it will leave. An ent told me he can't go through the mouth or drain it because he feels there is nothing to drain. It moves around when touched and is not tender. Is an ent the right surgeon for this and can it be removed without leaving a big scar?

It is impossible to know what the lump on your chin is without examining you. Once it is determined what the lump is, the treatment options could be discussed. I would consult with a facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon.
