There is a small lump on the tip of my chin (under the skin) it’s on the location where my finger is in the picture. It feels smooth, like a small ball, moveable, not too hard but not soft either. I’m terrified and want to know what it is and get it removed if necessary but I’m scared of scarring too. Wanted to get an opinion about it. Thank you
