What are my options for removing cysts on my scrotum? Something to permanently get rid of them with little to no scar? (Photo)

I have about eight, hard, pea sized cysts on my scrotum. Some smaller ones mixed in there too. I used to pop them, but they got harder and bigger after every pop/drain. Some went away and some got worse. I stopped messing with them because I feel like my only option to get rid of them is to cut my skin and dig them out. I was thinking I’d see a doctor for some service or advice. They don’t hurt and most times I forgot they are there, but still, I want my balls to look good. Thanks in advance!
