What are my options for removing cysts on my scrotum? Something to permanently get rid of them with little to no scar? (Photo)

I have about eight, hard, pea sized cysts on my scrotum. Some smaller ones mixed in there too. I used to pop them, but they got harder and bigger after every pop/drain. Some went away and some got worse. I stopped messing with them because I feel like my only option to get rid of them is to cut my skin and dig them out. I was thinking I’d see a doctor for some service or advice. They don’t hurt and most times I forgot they are there, but still, I want my balls to look good. Thanks in advance!

It is impossible to know what the lump on your chin is without examining you.  Once it is determined what the lump is, the treatment options could be discussed.  I would consult with a facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon.

First check with the dermatologist or surgeon who did the procedures for you, but generally you can have your hair colored and processed a few weeks after the sutures are removed.  You would not want any chemicals on the scalp until the wounds are well closed and have no more open skin...
