I received smart lipo from an amazing plastic surgeon a few years ago to my abdomen, flanks and inner thighs, and I opted not to do a BBL because I was scared of the recovery at the time. My "H" square butt still bothers me VERY much. What are /if any options to help with this? I'm not even sure I would have enough fat to get a BBL at this point / I don't want implants. Thanks in advance!

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Independent209365, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Buttocks and hips contouring Hello and thank you for your questions and your picture. One view does not provide enough information to adequately assess the buttock and hip areas. Since you do not want buttock implants the other option available is to undergo some fat transfer to the areas in order to improve your shape and contour. However, as you point out, that is highly dependent on whether or not you have enough fat to make a difference. I would start with a consultation with a plastic surgeon to get an adequate physical exam and come up with a treatment plan that is tailored to you. I wish you the best.
