Hello, I am 34, had original silicone 500cc under the muscle in 2012. Had reconstruction with same size due to leakage in 2014. I want these implants out of me. Soonest I can have it done is July or August. I am scheduled for an embryo transfer for October. Is that enough time to heal where it won’t effect the embryo attaching? Also can I breastfeed after removal and capsulectomy?

Answer: Postoperative protocol Dear kparker4, every plastic surgeon has his own postoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon. Answer: How long after breast implant removal and capsulectomy (no loft) should I wait before IVF embryo transfer? Hello @kparker4 thank you for your question. Depending on the surgical technique used by the professional who performs your Explanation, is the amount of the recovery time. It is important that in the consultation of the surgical plan for your breast implant removal the surgeon clarifies how much time he considers necessary to complete recovery of the inflammatory process and the healing process. It is also necessary to take into account what medications you are going to take, if you are going to take them and how much they can cause inflammation in the breasts. Best wishes!
