I am not asking for what is best for me and my circumstances (yet). I just want to know if it is possible. I want my outer brows raised from the midpoint out, but would like my inner brows to be ever so slightly lowered.

Answer: Brow Raising and Lowering Without photos it is hard to give a specific recommendation. Botox can alter the brow contour and height to some degree. Surgically, a lateral brow lift can lift this area and an upper blepharoplasty (if there is some extra skin) could be performed as it will depress the eyebrow some and some lowering of the medial brow could be achieved relative to the outer brow if minimal skin is removed laterally (outside) area especially if the lateral brow lift was performed. This is theoretical to you, however, without a formal exam and photos. Generally, the ideal female brow arches slightly with the apex at the junction of the inner 2/3 and outer 1/3 of the eyebrow. Generally a more feminine brow shape can be obtained by lifting the outer brow portion by an internal browpexy or lateral brow lift and not having to "lower" the medial brow.

Answer: Eye brow modification It is possible to lower the inner eye brows while raising the outer tail. This can be done by botox injection. Direct brow lift or lowering is a more permanent alternative.
