Has anybody done a brow lift to help upper hollow after a surgeon did a stripping eye lid lift? (Photo)

Question

Would a brow lift help pull up on that lid and pull that deep set crease out a bit. I never wanted to do a brow lift because of scar and ruining hair in that area. Now i wonder for upper lids if thats the only choice. He took my pretty feminine shaped eyes away. The corners need more of a point than round. My eyeliner is like a broken circle. It wasnt a circle before. Can eye shape be restored? Getting my questions/info together for consults next week. Not a fan of fillers forever. Fat graft?

Hollowing of the eyes can be from too much removal of fat from surgery or aging. Fat grafting can help restore this sunken appearance.

Extra photos here would help - before surgery, and front view.  You do look pretty hollow.  Lifting the brow will make the lid appear even more hollow, so would not recommend that.  You may want to try filler first, and if you like it you could then consider fat grafting.  If you have rounding of the corner you should see an oculoplastic surgeon to see if they can help with the shape of the corner.  It can be tricky to get it to look right.

The best method to improve this is skillful fat grafting. A brow lift will NOT improve this. Done well, the fat grafting does a great job.

Posted photos out of focus so can not really see the issue. But I might recommend nano fat grafting 3 to 5 cc's per lid to fill out...

One of the dangers in upper eyelid blepharoplasty is over-aggressive removal of skin, muscle, and fat. This can certainly lead to a hollow upper orbit where you can clearly see the outline of the eye socket bone. The best treatment is prevention, however, in the case of hollowing after surgery, the addition of volume, either in the form of fat or fillers, can be used. An eyebrow lift will exacerbate the hollowing as it will move more volume out of the eyelid region.
