I understand this is normal because everything is tightened and so the stomach cannot expand and also that over time you loose the sensation of the full feeling but I was wondering whether that would mean you ignore it and so over eat? I am 11 days PO and no eating anywhere near what I was able to and I was wondering whether this will be long term? Surly my body will get used to not eating as much and therefore not get as hungry? Thank you
