I have never been harry on my stomach and all the sudden I'm noticing hair growing all over my belly. Is this side-effects from.tummy tuck?

Very unlikely that hair growth would occur after surgery. Hair does grow at different cycles and with most people paying attention to an area of their body that just had surgery will notice anatomy that has always been there but never  paid attention to.
