YesterdayI have got0,5 ofJuvedermUltraSmile injected into my philtrum to make it and the cupid bow stand out more.The doc injected it a little over the red of the lips and on the stripes of the philtrum.Then the philtrum looked wide,flat,shiny. After1h vertical lines of my philtrum got red.The lines are visible:Blue-red. Could this be a blood vessel problem?Ive read its an emergency cause it leaves scars.I cant see my doctor now cause itsSaturday night. Is it possible I am disfigured forever?

You may have vascular compromise and need to see your physician.  It may also just be bruising but this is hard to tell from a photo.  Best, Dr. Emer.

I believe that some of the filler was inadvertently injected into a blood vessel. I would see your dermatologist right away as there are a few things we can do to minimize the risk of any long term problem. That said, most of these settle and heal just fine with good old time.
