Unfortunately, in the absence of photos, I can only comment in the most general of terms.I have been successfully performing nonsurgical nose jobs (aka nonsurgical rhinoplasties, nonsurgical rhinosculpturing) for well over a decade for all kinds of nasal problems, such as humps (as can be seen from the before and after photos of one of my own patients in the side bar to this column), bumps, curved noses, for raising the nasal tip and increasing tip projection and fixing certain irregularities along the spine of the nose resulting from prior surgical rhinoplasty. So, the short answer to your question is a very likely "yes."That having been said, I need to caution you that prior nasal surgeries (and you have undergone four) can leave in their wake underlying scarring changes and compromise of the vasculature that makes any subsequent procedure, including a nonsurgical rhinoplasty with volumizing fillers worthy of heightened caution and greater injector expertise. You would do well to seek out a board certified aesthetic physician with extensive experience and expertise in performing these procedures..
