I am having the problem of tilted nose. I consulted my ENT specialist he proposed my not to go ahead for surgery as it is complicated and may lead to some problems in future. I now feel that in the night while sleeping i inhale air from my mouth not from my nose. There is very little cavity left over in both the nostril. Because of that my lower lip is becoming thick and looks odd. I request the experts by looking at the picture whether i should go for surgery or not. What may be the complications. Thanks
