I suggest posting pictures to see if you are a candidate.  Often most people are not and lifting the nose is quite difficult with fillers.  Fillers are best in cases of small irregularities or contour change.  Best, Dr. Emer.

In our practice, nasal dorsal elevation may be performed with Silikon-1000, an off-label filler for permanent results. If you're considering silicone, several treatments may be necessary for a desired result. Some of the temporary gel fillers may result in more dorsal augmentation per treatment. Depending on your examination and type of filler you and your doctor choose, you may obtain 3-4 millimeters of elevation.Hope this helps you.Dr Joseph

Thanks for your question! In my practice, I like to use Restylane when treating the nasal bridge. There are a many of reasons why.Restylane to the nasal bridge can:1) Augment a low nasal bridge. This can add much-needed height helping to achieve a natural sense of symmetry.2) Camouflage or reduce the appearance of a nasal hump. This is the goal a lot of my patients have in mind.3) Define the nasal bridge. This will give it a thinner look.The advantages of using fillers to augment the nasal bridge are:1) Precision. Because you can control to the millimeter how much augmentation you get for different areas of the nose with fillers, you can have more control over your results.2) Results are immediate. There is no wait time, and a very small recovery period.3) Results are reversible.
