-Is it safe to go out from the house for a walk, for some shopping for example, the efort could damage the implanted hair? -I am going to Istanbul for a intervention, and the next day I would like to visit

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.   A day after surgery, just take it easy (in the most general term).

The most important thing not to do immediately after a transplant is not manipulate or dislodge the grafts.Taking a walk,traveling or performing your daily activities should be fine.Check with your surgeon regarding post procedure care and precautions.

You should contact the physician
that did your hair transplant and follow their recommendations. As far as what we recommend to our
patients, exercise may resume after the 4th day.  You should be performing twice a day hair
washes to help gently remove the scabs. 
Trans-continent travel can make this a little difficult.  You should sleep at a 30 to 45 degree angle
for the first 4 days to help reduce swelling. 
Wear a hat or use 30 spf sunblock spray if going out for walks. See our

Small walks and very light exercise are totally fine to do the day after, just do your best to avoid sunlight and try not to wear a hat the first day. I'd save a longer day-long mall trip for the second or third day, but on the first day it probably wouldn't be a big deal to head to the store briefly.

It is best to rest the day after the procedure and take it easy. Staying in and watching movies is a great way to spend your day after the procedure.

Being up and walking and going for a visit should not be a problem.  Strenuous exercise and/or anything that could cause trauma to your scalp skin could be.  Going for a quiet visit should not be an issue, but be sure to tell your surgeon of your plans and get his/her input.

It is always good practice to take it easy after any procedure to prevent swelling. Your surgeon should provide you with post op instructions and it is in every patients best interest to follow these recommendations.Let your surgeon know what you plan to do and they will advise you accordingly.
