Answer: Day After Transplant Small walks and very light exercise are totally fine to do the day after, just do your best to avoid sunlight and try not to wear a hat the first day. I'd save a longer day-long mall trip for the second or third day, but on the first day it probably wouldn't be a big deal to head to the store briefly.
