I'm considering an eyebrow transplant, but the hair on my head looks nothing like the hair on my eyebrows. I am of African descent and have Afro-textured hair on my head. My underarm and pubic hair are straight and more similar to my eyebrows. I've seen many comments that it is best to use air from the head, but can someone explain why this is best and what have you seen work on other people of African ancestry?

Answer: If you want to use armpit hair or your pubic hair as your donor hair it is best to consult with a doctor in person.
It's very unlikely that Diclofenac affected the results of your transplant- hopefully at the time you would have mentioned to your doctor(s) about all your health issues including that you would be taking it while recovering from a hair transplant surgery. If so they wouldn't have prescribed it...
There's no way to grow hair that wasn't there before without a hair transplant. Things like Minoxidil and Finasteride can promote growth in areas where hair already has grown, but they cannot cause you to start growing hair in brand new places.
There shouldn't be any problem with taking either of those, but check with your doctor just to be safe. They may have knowledge of your case that could change that deadline. Generally it is a 2 week wait before resuming strenuous exercise but every doctor has slightly different guidelines.
