I am planning on having lower blepharoplasty because of descending fat pads and hollowness which filler can't help with (it constantly moves around as the hollowness is very low, around thte cheek area) The problem is not so much protruding fat pads, but the descent of my cheeks. The filler was injected long time ago, about 2.5 years ago, it was Perlane. Can the surgeon remove the filler during surgery?
