I am constantly lifting my eyebrows through out the day and this sometimes leads to headaches (which i would gladly go through to look decent..) i really dont think i look terrible with my eyebrows raised, but its disheartening to say that i hate my relaxed face.. what procedures could fix my face so i can achieve my raised eyebrow look without having to raise my eyebrows?. As you can see in the photos, my eyelids are unevenly shaped and when eyebrows are raised i have forehead lines.
Answer: Eyebrows Hello. I see your eyebrow pattern is slanted downward on the sides (laterally) and can give the impression of hooding. However, I don't see any evidence of eyelid hooding based on the photos you sent. You're young, and it's uncommon to have lid ptosis. As for your lateral eyebrow orientation, a definitive option is to do a temporal brow lift. This is a surgical procedure that can certainly improve your eyebrow appearance. Another option is using Botox to achieve a temporal lift, but you must be aware the amount of lifting achieved is subtle. However, Botox is extremely safe and may be good option to try first before committing to surgery. As always, it's best to see a board certified facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon for an in office exam. Take care.

Answer: What should I do about my hooded eyelids? I have to constantly lift my eyebrows to be attractive A full set of facial photographs that are non--animated are required to make a determination about what may be needed. The photographs also need to be in a chin neutral position looking forward into the camera. From the limited photographs, it does not appear that a brow lift is necessary since the eyebrows are not low. A very conservative upper blepharoplasty procedure can accomplish removing some of the hooded skin in the upper eyelids. For many examples, please see the link and the video below

Answer: What should I do about my hooded eyelids? I have to constantly lift my eyebrows to be attractive An in-person exam would be the best way to address your concerns. Your age and the mild nature of your issue would make me lean in the direction of something non-surgical for you. A subtle non-surgical brow lift can be obtained with a "relaxer" (Botox/ Xeomin/ Dysport). The relaxer is injected into the muscles around the eyebrow that cause depression of the brow so that a small lift can occur. The results of a non-surgical brow lift are subtle, but from your photos, you might find it's all you need. It's best to go to a facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon who can evaluate your face and offer an honest assessment of the best way to accomplish your desired result (whether that be non-surgical or surgical).

Answer: Eyelid Hooding Thank you for your question. I believe due to your age that the best solution would be Botox. This is a temporary fix that usually lasts 3-4 months. The benefit is that it can be tailored to your desires. If you like the look a surgical brow lift is an option, but a more invasive one. I would recommend making an appointment with a board certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss your options in person and come up with a plan that is best for you. Good Luck!
