I'm a 25 year old Indian woman who weights 46 kg and is 5.3" tall. No underlying condition besides Hypothyroid that has been detected, for which I take Eltroxin 25 mcg daily. I've tried laser and peels unsuccessfully. I was told that skin grafting is used to remove scars but is it practiced for large areas for stretch marks?

Stretch marks can't officially be "cured," and it will take a combination approach and consistent treatment to see great results. However, there are a multitude of treatments currently available that can be utilized.​ I recommend a combination of microneedling/PRP, lasers (Erbium, Fraxel, Excel V, Pulsed Dye Laser, Laser Genesis, Yellow laser) or radiofrequency devices like Intensif, Fractora, Morpheus8, PiXel8, Skinfinitiy, and Venus Viva.
