I have a huge blue dot on my ankle from dropping a pencil on it when I was very young (prob 35+ years ago). Looking at the internet, I see this is a common problem, but I not see any solutions. It it possible to remove this dot with laser, as you would a tattoo, or with some other treatment? Is it likely there’s still lead embedded there?

Sorry to hear about the dog bite! The scar appears to be doing well all things considered. I would not recommend any surgical revision based on the photo you posted. I do believe some laser therapy (I'd recommend the Profractional laser by Sciton). This will help smooth the scar and blend it...
Hyperpigmentation access scar is a very common problem post lipo. It is due to friction between the skin and the constantly moving cannula. Best way to treat your scar would be to surgically removed the hyperpigmented scar and resuture it.
This scar can be improved with a combination of surgery and/or lasers and microneedling/prp. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer
